Job Summary:

As a Desktop Support Specialist - Enterprise Solutions at CommonSpirit Health, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support for desktop hardware and software, ensuring seamless operation of our enterprise-wide systems. Your expertise will be invaluable in troubleshooting complex issues, leading team members, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for desktop hardware and software, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Lead team members in resolving complex technical issues and provide guidance on best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Develop and maintain knowledge management systems to ensure team members have access to critical information.

Requirements:

Associate's degree or technical institute degree/certificate, or 4-6 years of relevant experience.
4-6 years of experience in the service industry, with a strong background in technical support.
Advanced customer service skills and proficiency in Windows operating system environment, network printing systems, and Microsoft Office modules.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
