Job Summary

Our Cash Office Team Leader oversees the Cash Office and ensures its smooth operation. Leaders are accountable for the department's performance at all times. They represent the organization professionally, promote and develop individuals with mutual respect, inclusion, diversity, and dignity. They coach Team Members regularly, providing timely feedback, identifying opportunities for development, and coaching for success.

Responsibilities
  • Interview, select, and train Team Members.
  • Direct the work of Team Members.
  • Appraise Team Members' productivity and efficiency for the purpose of recommending promotions or other changes in status.
  • Handle Team Member issues, including complaints.
  • Discipline Team Members.
  • Plan the work.
  • Distribute or assign the work among Team Members.
  • Provide for the safety and security of Team Members or the store.
  • Manage the budget for your department or location.
  • Manage inventory for your department or location.
  • Monitor or implement compliance measures.

Manage the cash flow of the store by tracking register and safe balances daily to identify and resolve problems, minimize losses, and maximize the store's profits. Prepare accurate daily and weekly cash and sales reports and maintain them on site as required by company policy. Maintain records and paperwork according to state, federal, and Company regulations.
