Key Responsibilities- Collect blood specimens from inpatients and outpatients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Label specimens accurately and adhere to standard work processes.
- Interact with nursing units and clients to prioritize specimen collection and verify discrepancies.
- Implement continuous quality improvement processes to ensure excellent customer service.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English.
- Successful completion of a phlebotomy course (preferred).
