About the Opportunity

HNI Healthcare is seeking a certified Nurse Practitioner to join our experienced hospitalist team in Durham, North Carolina. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care services to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality, value-based care and a preference for real-time, data-driven clinical decision-making.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a full scope of primary care services to patients
  • Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices
Requirements
  • Board certified, or board eligible, MD or DO with advanced graduate medical education and training in IM preferred
  • Current, unrestricted, North Carolina license to practice
  • Current, unrestricted federal, and as needed state, prescriptive authority
