Job Overview:

At 3M Consultancy, we are seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to join our team in support of a Federal Agency IT services portfolio focused on Digital Transformation.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop, analyze, and manage schedules that comply with program requirements.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, utilizing Agile methodologies and business intelligence tools to drive data-driven decision-making.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage complex schedules using various tools and technologies
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform schedule development and execution
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and monitor program milestones and key events
  • Apply data analytic skills to simplify technical requirements and communicate effectively to project teams and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in program or project scheduling
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, including SAFe and ServiceNow
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree

Qualifications:

  • IRS or government industry experience preferred
  • Current, active IRS Public Trust Clearance required
