About the Job

We are an engineering consulting group looking for a highly skilled Scheduling Engineer Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of project schedules, ensuring timely and on-budget project completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis of contractors' construction schedules to ensure adherence to contract requirements.
  • Develop and maintain preliminary, baseline, and monthly schedules for work performed by in-house crews.
  • Oversee the development and monitoring of summary-level engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning schedules to show major deliverables and milestones.
  • Evaluate Time Entitlement Analyses to advise senior management on contract time extensions.
  • Support efforts for risk register and project risk planning to minimize impacts on schedule and cost.
  • Review Earn Value Management parameters to determine project health and provide advice to project managers.
  • Assist in preparing monthly project financial reports, including cash flow projections and resource allocations.
  • Attend project meetings and verify progress to provide input to project managers.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management and relevant experience in project control and scheduling. You should have strong leadership and analytical skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office, P6, MS Project, and Acumen Fuse or similar software.
