About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Inventory Coordinator to join our team at NC State Dining. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing inventory of all catering equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Communicate effectively with event coordinators to ensure timely delivery of equipment">
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and make recommendations for replacement items">
  • Coordinate transportation of equipment to events and manage stockroom operations">
  • Assist in receiving and putting away inventory, including inspecting products for quality and quantity">
  • Develop and implement efficient inventory management systems to minimize waste and maximize efficiency">
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal customers, responding to requests for equipment and resolving issues promptly">

Requirements and Qualifications

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A high school diploma or equivalent">
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with experience in inventory management or a related field">
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds above head and up to 60 pounds on rare occasions">
  • A valid driver's license and ability to obtain a commercial driver's license within 60 days of hire">

Benefits and Salary

">

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including tuition reimbursement, healthcare, vacation, holiday and sick leave, paid parental leave, retirement, and more.
