Job Summary:

The Vehicle Registration Clerk plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service at America's Auto Auction. This position involves registering vehicles for sale, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient and courteous service to all customers
• Maintain proper working handhelds at the front gate
• Accurately update the Master Dealer list weekly
• Coordinate marketing materials for display in vehicles
• Ensure all vehicles are registered and stickers are in place
• Review paperwork and exit vehicles in the system when customers depart
• Keep the guard shack clean and orderly

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous data entry skills preferred
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and self-disciplined
• Excellent customer service skills
• Computer proficient
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license
