Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our clinical team in Brooklyn, NY. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality behavioral healthcare services to our patients, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to patients with a range of mental health issues.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of empathy, belonging, and courage.
Requirements
- Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LMFT).
- Current licensure as a mental health professional in the state of New York.
- Experience working with diverse populations and mental health issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
