Job Overview

We are excited to present a new opportunity for a Logistics Operations Supervisor to become a vital part of a dynamic and expanding team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing daily logistics operations, guiding your team members, and ensuring that customer orders are efficiently managed.

Position Details:
  • Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 annually
  • Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM / 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday
  • Full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily logistics activities including receiving, picking, packing, inventory management, shipping, and data entry tasks
  • Emphasize safety and promote training and development initiatives
  • Collaborate with management on cost-reduction strategies and budget planning
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency improvements
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all transactions, orders, and inventory
Required Qualifications:
  • Technical certification or equivalent experience preferred; high school diploma required
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience
  • Hands-on approach to management, with a preference for active involvement over office-based work
  • Familiarity with UPS, DOT regulations, and Hazmat procedures
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with WMS, ERP, or MRP systems
  • Forklift operation experience
