About the Role

As an Insurance Account Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients, guiding them through the insurance buying process, and offering tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. Your ability to connect with clients on a personal level, understand their business goals, and provide expert advice will set you apart from the competition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Conduct needs assessments and provide recommendations on commercial and personal insurance products
  • Work closely with clients to implement insurance solutions and ensure seamless execution
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business
Requirements
  • Minimum of five years sales experience in insurance or a related industry
  • Working knowledge of commercial and personal insurance products and markets
  • Property & Casualty licenses in Kansas and Missouri, and the ability to obtain additional licenses as needed
  • Experience working with AMS 360 & Agency Zoom
  • CIC Designation is a plus

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $80,000.00 per year, plus uncapped commission.
