Cardiovascular Sonographer Opportunity

MLee Healthcare is seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Sonographer to join our team. This full-time role offers a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday and is essential for conducting diagnostic cardiovascular exams, ensuring high-quality imaging, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic cardiovascular ultrasound exams according to physician orders and departmental protocols.
  • Prepare preliminary reports for physician review and document procedures electronically.
  • Communicate critical findings to cardiologists and referring physicians, following departmental policies.
  • Maintain current certifications and complete Continuing Medical Education (CME) as required by professional standards.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of on-the-job training or graduation from an accredited ultrasound program.
  • Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) in adult echo, or Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or Registered Vascular Sonographer (RVS) in vascular ultrasound (must be obtained within 1 year of hire).
  • CPR certification required.
  • Proficiency in cardiovascular and vascular ultrasound procedures.
  • Availability for on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays.
