Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiovascular Ultrasound Specialist to join our team at CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital Corpus Christi-South. As a key member of our diagnostic team, you will be responsible for performing cardiovascular ultrasounds and evaluating data for cardiologist interpretation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine echoes, including color flow, pulse wave, and continuous wave Doppler, stress, echo, pharmacologic stress, and TEE
  • Use contrast echo agents and advanced diagnostic equipment
  • Collaborate with cardiologists to ensure accurate and timely results
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies in cardiovascular ultrasound
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of one (1) year of full-time experience in cardiac ultrasound
  • Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer, Registered Cardiac Sonographer, or Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer through ARDMS or CCI
  • BLS certification
