Key Responsibilities:- Foster Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and welcoming environment.
- Reservation Management: Accurately handle and process all reservation inquiries, including walk-ins, and ensure that all reservation details are properly recorded in our CRM system.
- Client Communication: Welcome clients warmly and courteously, following Audemars Piguet standards, and ensure that all client requests and feedback are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Collaboration: Support the manager and team during each shift to ensure smooth, efficient service and contribute to the effective management of the boutique.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance the client experience and drive business growth.
- Experience: 2+ years' experience in hospitality reservations or a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge: Basic knowledge of the watch industry and proficiency with computerized management systems (CRM), email, fax, and word processing.
- Skills: Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus. Ability to handle a complex, multifaceted role under pressure and excellent customer care and teamwork skills.
Audemars Piguet offers a competitive and comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including a competitive hourly rate of $33.00 per hour, dependent upon experience.
