Job Summary:

The Computed Tomography Technologist operates computerized Tomography equipment to make quality images of designated portions of the body under the direct order of a physician and in accordance with radiation safety procedures. This position requires a high level of technical skill and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate computerized Tomography equipment to produce high-quality images
  • Follow radiation safety procedures to ensure patient safety
  • Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
  • Provide exceptional patient care and maintain a clean and safe environment

Requirements:

  • Clinical experience in Radiology preferred
  • Graduate degree in Radiologic Technology or Computerized Tomography required
  • Registered Technologist for Radiography and/or Registered Technologist in Nuclear Medicine Technology and/or Registered Technologist in Magnetic Resonance Imaging and/or Registered Technologist in Sonography and Registered Technologist in Computed Tomography required

Work Schedule:

This position requires working a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays. The specific schedule will be discussed during the interview process.
