Job Summary

The Computed Tomography Technologist operates computerized Tomography equipment to make quality images of designated portions of the body under the direct order of a physician and in accordance with radiation safety procedures. This role requires a high level of professionalism, efficiency, and safety.

Responsibilities
  • Operate computerized Tomography equipment to produce high-quality images of designated body parts
  • Follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines
  • Provide patient care in a timely, professional, and safe manner
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment
Requirements
  • Graduate Radiologic Technology or Computerized Tomography required
  • Registered Technologist for Radiography and/or Registered Technologist in Nuclear Medicine Technology and/or Registered Technologist in Magnetic Resonance Imaging and/or Registered Technologist in Sonography and Registered Technologist in Computed Tomography required
  • Fri-Sun 6:30p-7a schedule, with every weekend and call requirements
