Compensation: Up to $60,000 plus commission, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture reliable connections with existing customers, including Electrical and General Contractors.
  • Identify opportunities for upgrades and modifications to fire alarm systems.
  • Engage in proactive outreach to potential clients and contractors.
  • Organize educational sessions for prospective clients to showcase our offerings.
  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
  • Maintain accurate sales data using our tracking system.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Exhibit a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated sales experience in Life Safety.
  • Professional appearance and well-maintained vehicle.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Successful completion of drug and background checks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods.
  • Capability to perform repetitive tasks on a computer.
  • Exposure to various weather conditions and noise levels.
  • Regularly required to communicate verbally and physically navigate the workspace.

Hiring Process:
