Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Car Sales and Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer buying process, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience
    • Deliver high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of vehicles
    • Supply customers with product performance and benefits
    • Build strong rapport with customers
  • Lead Generation
    • Manage incoming leads and set appointments for vehicle demonstrations
    • Prepare email collateral for clients in anticipation of scheduled appointments
  • Finance Department
    • Set and maintain finance department work schedule
    • Track portfolio with lenders
    • Develop a comprehensive menu selling process to maximize finance department profitability
    • Review and inspect department paperwork
  • Requirements
    • Previous retail sales, customer service, or finance experience preferred
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Eager to learn dealership best practices and advance customer service skills
    • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
    • Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen
