Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and vigilant security professional to provide top-notch security services for our events, festivals, and concerts. As an Overnight Unarmed Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients, staff, and attendees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and Respond to Security Incidents: Watch for any irregularities, such as security breaches, facility hazards, and emergency situations. Contact emergency responders, such as police, fire, and/or ambulance personnel as required.
  • Patrol and Secure Premises: Patrol assigned areas on foot or in a motor vehicle to ensure personal, building, and equipment security. Examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure security and use client keys to open and close buildings.
  • Report and Document Incidents: Prepare routine, standardized reports and maintain accurate records of security incidents.
  • Provide Escort Services: Provide escorts as necessary to ensure the safety and security of clients and staff.
  • Enforce Security Policies: Inform and warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles.
Requirements:
  • Current AZ Guard Card: Must have a current Arizona Guard Card.
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with others both orally and in writing.
  • Background Check: NO FELONIES or Misdemeanors in the last 5 years.
  • Availability: Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to walk and climb stairs for extended periods of time and work outside in extreme weather conditions.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to comprehend numerous policies, procedures, concepts, and respond using discretion based on general and client-specific policies.
  • Record Keeping: Ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Emergency Response: Ability to react appropriately in emergency situations.
  • Work Schedule: Ability to work typical hours overnight shifts.
  • Independence: Ability to work solo.
Compensation:

Starting pay is $16.50 per hour.
