The selected candidates will have the chance to work at various locations across the region.
We offer both Full-Time and Part-Time positions with flexible shifts including 8, 10, and 12-hour schedules during the day, evening, and night. Ample overtime opportunities are available for those willing to take on additional hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Observe and secure premises to deter theft, violence, or violations of regulations.
- Conduct thorough inspections of doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are secure and functioning properly.
- Notify individuals of any breaches of facility rules and regulations.
- Detain or remove individuals engaged in suspicious or unlawful activities.
- Document incidents involving medical emergencies, criminal behavior, and policy breaches.
- Identify and report any facility concerns such as fire hazards or plumbing issues.
- Call for emergency services in high-risk situations.
- Administer CPR and basic first aid when necessary.
- Patrol properties to enforce curfews and other policies.
- Perform regular inspections of the premises.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of security tools, including tasers, OC spray, handcuffs, and proficiency in using two-way radios and report writing.
- Ability to manage physical demands of the job, remain on foot for extended periods, learn defensive techniques, and assist in detaining individuals when necessary.
- Strong attention to detail, effective report writing skills, and excellent communication abilities.
- Must be able to obtain certifications in taser use, OC pepper spray, ASP baton, and firearms for armed positions, with all training provided by the company.
