Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement workout strategies and alternatives for a portfolio of assets.
  • Negotiate with customers to reduce risks and losses, and work with internal and external business partners to secure collateral coverage.
  • Evaluate assets and customer financial information to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Communicate with bank group members and third parties, including regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
Requirements
  • University/college degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of industry-relevant experience, with a strong background in asset recovery and risk management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
