About the Role

Crestwood Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Coach to join our team. As a Recovery Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals on their journey towards recovery and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Provide rehabilitation groups under supervision and assist in crisis intervention.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families on mental health and wellness.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma/GED.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a psychiatric setting.
  • Training may be substituted for experience in the absence of two years of experience.
  • A valid CA Driver's License and a clean driving record.
