Staff Development Specialist

Crestwood Behavioral Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Staff Development Coordinator/Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating all orientation and educational programs for all departments within the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills
- Develop and implement educational materials and resources
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and develop solutions
- Provide coaching and mentoring to staff to support their professional development
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs in a healthcare setting
- Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals respectfully and professionally
- Secondary degree or certification preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
