Job Opportunity

Crestwood Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Coach to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals on their journey to recovery.

Job Summary

The Recovery Coach will be responsible for monitoring and communicating with clients, providing rehabilitation groups under supervision, and assisting in crisis intervention. This is a critical position that requires a strong understanding of behavioral health principles and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Provide rehabilitation groups under supervision
  • Assist in crisis intervention and develop strategies to support clients in crisis
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma/GED
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a psychiatric setting
  • Training may be substituted for experience in certain cases
  • Valid CA Driver's License and successful DMV driving history check
