Position Summary

The Warehouse Operations Associate will engage in various tasks that may encompass receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, selecting and fulfilling orders from inventory, packaging and dispatching orders, as well as managing, organizing, and retrieving stock within the warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the shipping and receiving process by unloading trucks and verifying merchandise.
  • Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; and placing orders in the designated delivery area.
  • Sort and arrange materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to established organizational standards.
  • Open bales, crates, and other containers as needed.
  • Maintain inventory control by tracking stock locations, printing requests, and recording quantities of materials or items received or distributed. May also assist in conducting physical inventory counts.
  • Regularly lift and/or move objects weighing between 10-60 lbs.
  • Ensure a safe and clean working environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations orderly.
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch during work hours.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of prior warehouse experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Dependable and reliable work ethic.
