Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and train the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff during shifts, providing daily reports to management.
  • Utilize industrial cleaning equipment to maintain floors, including vacuuming and buffing.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of walls, windows, mirrors, and light fixtures.
  • Maintain restrooms by cleaning and restocking supplies.
  • Manage waste disposal by emptying receptacles regularly.
  • Track inventory of cleaning supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance among team members.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is essential.
  • Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is advantageous.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift up to 25 lbs consistently.
