Responsibilities
We're seeking a Per Diem Imaging Clerk to join our dedicated team at St. Clare Hospital. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our Imaging Department and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting patients, verifying their information, and ensuring a comfortable experience.
- Process patient paperwork, manage patient files, and ensure data accuracy in our electronic health records system.
- Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other staff members.
- Collaborate with colleagues, maintain a professional demeanor, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
