At Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and experience. Our Imaging Department is a key part of this effort, and we are seeking a skilled Imaging Clerk to join our team.
Responsibilities
As an Imaging Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Imaging Department. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and assisting patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a comfortable experience.
- Maintaining accurate records, processing patient paperwork, and managing patient files in our electronic health records system.
- Coordinating schedules and logistics, scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and communicating effectively with patients, physicians, and other staff members.
- Contributing to a positive team environment, collaborating with colleagues, and maintaining a professional demeanor.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- One year of related work experience that demonstrates attainment of the requisite job knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Pay Range
$25.28/hour
