About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paralegal Specialist to join our Legal Department at Thermon. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Legal Department, including managing the department's SCRUM board, contract lifecycle management contract repository, and compliance training platform.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Assist in the administration of the Company's global export control procedures, Dow Jones third-party screening platform, and enterprise risk management process.
  • Contract Management: Manage the Company's contract lifecycle management contract repository and assist in the preparation and administration of the Legal Department's budgeting process.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Under the supervision of counsel, provide administrative support in the filing of required reports under Section 16 and the preparation of materials for the Company's annual proxy statement filing.
  • Due Diligence and Support: Support due diligence activities and help implement corrective action as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum of a bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: Minimum of five to eight years' experience in legal department administration and management.
  • Skills: Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft applications (including but not limited to Outlook, Work, Excel, and PowerPoint).
