Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage fund-raising efforts, leveraging your expertise to secure critical support for our organization.
  • Develop and deploy strategic plans across the organization, driving innovation and growth.
  • Serve as a visionary leader, inspiring and motivating our team to achieve excellence in all aspects of our work.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Director or similar managerial position.
  • 5+ years of experience managing budgets, with a proven ability to articulate a financial picture to the Board.
  • 5+ years of experience leading/managing fund-raising efforts, with a strong track record of success.
  • 5+ years of experience creating and deploying strategic plans across an organization.
  • 5+ years of experience serving as a visionary leader, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strong preference for candidates with non-profit experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance.
  • Proven ability to apply successful fundraising and networking techniques.
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
