  • Loading, Running, and Unloading the Dish Machine: Safely and efficiently load, run, and unload the dish machine to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Maintaining Dishroom Cleanliness: Keep the dishroom clean and organized, including washing and storing all tableware and kitchenware, and disposing of trash in a timely manner.
  • Reporting Equipment Issues: Promptly report any functional or mechanical problems with the dish machine to the management team.
  • Assisting Colleagues: Provide support to other kitchen staff members in cleaning and organizing the dishroom and equipment.
Requirements:
