Job Summary

Shari's Cafe and Pies is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dish Machine Operator. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our dishroom and kitchen areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, run, and unload the dish machine to ensure efficient and effective cleaning of dishes and kitchenware.
  • Maintain the dish machine and report any functional or mechanical issues to management.
  • Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware to ensure they are clean and ready for use.
  • Keep the dishroom clean and organized, including sweeping and mopping the floor and disposing of trash.
  • Assist other employees in cleaning and organizing the kitchen and dishroom areas.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be able to work independently and as part of a team, have excellent attention to detail, and be able to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies.
