Role Overview

As a Patient Navigator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Customer Experience team. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying patient needs, responding to customer inquiries, and collaborating with internal departments to optimize customer services and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve patient account issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Handle a high volume of calls, emails, and texts while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Assist patients with questions, guiding them through our website/app and account processes.
  • Collaborate with the data team to improve systems for better data collection.
  • Become an expert on Good Pill and our services to support patient needs effectively.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer success / customer support.
  • Extra points if you have prescription drug knowledge and have worked in a pharmacy.
  • Eager to join a startup team and balance a fast-paced environment with a culture of making process improvements and technology upgrades to increase efficiency.
  • Committed and consistent, with a full-time position of 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 9:30am-6pm.

Requirements for Consideration
  • COVID-19 vaccination.
  • Passed background check.
  • Physical requirements: able to frequently stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, squat, and use light/fine grasping; able to frequently sit and stand, reach above shoulders, perform desk-based computer tasks, write by hand, lift, carry, push, stack, and pull objects that weigh up to 40 pounds.
