Clearance Center Associate

Goodwill Southern California is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clearance Center Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the efficient operation of the Clearance Center, achieving established goals for sales, post-retail processes, salvage, trash disposal, customer service, and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer and staff relations.
- Assist in auctions and manage vendors' accountability.
- Move goods from dock to destination, as directed.
- Rotate goods in Outlet Store as scheduled.
- Process goods for salvage, as directed.
- Assist in the maintenance of structural, electrical, store equipment, and landscaping of store.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards.
- Perform accurate operations of a cash register.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Shift flexibility and overtime when needed.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Spanish/English bilingual preferred.
- Punctual and dependable attendance.
- Free from alcohol and drug abuse.
- Understand the basic philosophy of Goodwill and participate fully in carrying out its mission.
- Adhere to Goodwill's values of Respect, Integrity, Service, & Excellence.
