Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Guidance and Mentorship: Provide expert guidance and mentorship to the project management team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Project Portfolio Development: Develop and maintain a comprehensive project portfolio in line with company strategic goals, optimizing resource utilization.
  • Project Oversight: Supervise project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure alignment with organizational objectives from start to finish.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and address project risks to ensure successful delivery.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication among project teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership for alignment and engagement.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards in project delivery to meet or exceed quality expectations.
  • Performance Evaluation: Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate team performance and drive improvements.
  • Process Improvement: Conduct post-project evaluations to refine processes.
  • External Relationships: Manage external relationships to support successful project delivery as needed.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in project management and leadership within the timeshare industry, demonstrating successful delivery of complex projects.
  • Skills: Understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices; exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills; strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Additional Requirements: Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment; previous project management experience in the timeshare industry is desirable; preferably, prior leadership experience in a similar role.
Additional Notes
  • This is a permanent direct hire opening.
  • This role is fully onsite Monday-Friday.
  • Salary: $120k annually (based on experience).
