Job Overview

As a seasoned Project Director, you will oversee the coordination and management of construction projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include planning, execution, delivery, and close-out of specific projects, ensuring overall success. You will collaborate with the development and asset management teams to drive design efforts and ensure quality and delivery align with expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including cost estimates and schedules
  • Manage project materials and resources, ensuring efficient use and minimizing waste
  • Oversee cost control, reviewing sub change order requests and monthly payment requests
  • Ensure successful workflow and scheduling, preparing master project schedules and reviewing daily reports from superintendents
  • Maintain quality control, inspecting work and ensuring timely review and approval of shop drawings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare, commercial, or multifamily construction
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Bluebeam, Procore, Yardi, and other relevant software
