About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiac Care Transplant team at Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of healthcare professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to individuals undergoing cardiac transplant procedures
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and manage patient symptoms, medications, and treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in cardiac care
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
  • One (1) year Nursing experience
