Cardiac Care Transplant Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Care Transplant Nurse to join our team at Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital. As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Cardiac Care Transplant unit, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will have a strong background in cardiac care and transplant nursing, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and contributing to the development of our cardiac care program.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to cardiac transplant patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of cardiac care policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
  • One (1) year Nursing experience.
