\t* 5-10+ years of Professional Electrical Engineering design experience in the construction industry
\t* Must hold a valid Electrical P.E. license and Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
\t* Experience designing power systems for data centers, commercial offices, manufacturing facilities, medical buildings, or other large commercial projects
\t* Experience working independently, managing priorities, and providing mentorship to junior staff
\t* Strong understanding of National and International Building Codes and NFPA Standards
\t* Advanced knowledge of equipment power requirements, including large-scale standby and emergency power systems, including interactive generator controls systems
\t* Experienced in producing Protective Device Coordination and Arc Flash studies is preferred
\t* Experienced with Medium Voltage equipment selection and specifications is preferred
\t* Ability to think strategically and demonstrate flexibility in order to achieve long-range objectives
\t* Self-motivated, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated to work as a team
\t* Top-notch organization, attention to detail, combined with excellent written and oral communication skills
\t* Proficiency with MS Office, AutoCAD, BlueBeam, BIM, and Revit
