Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Management Specialist to join our team at Sigma Design. As a key member of our program management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our global ISP compliance obligations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Senior Technical Program Manager in coordinating and tracking projects, managing daily stand-ups, and updating relevant documentation.
  • Manage tickets, update software manifests, and ensure that all project tasks are tracked and completed efficiently.
  • Contribute to the research, writing, and review of policy and procedure documentation to support our compliance with global ISP obligations.
  • Set daily agendas in collaboration with team members, follow up on action items, and ensure clear communication across teams to keep everyone aligned.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize manual processes and support the implementation of solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering or business administration.
  • 2+ years of experience in program management or a related role, with a background in engineering preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Confluence, Jira, and SmartSheet.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with various teams.
  • Demonstrate commitment and adherence to Sigma Design's Core Values.
  • Pass a post-offer background verification.
Work Environment

Standard office environment with normal office-related conditions. Occasional travel may be required to collaborate with team members or clients.
