About the Role

Job Title: Central Maintenance Manager

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (with travel to other locations within Florida)

The successful candidate will have overall management accountability for a team of maintenance specialists, technicians, engineers, and contractors involved in major maintenance activities. This position manages internal and external resources to Deliver Certainty in all disciplines of major maintenance activities to achieve objectives for: safety, environmental, quality, schedule, and cost compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Streamline activities through the use of lean maintenance techniques and standardized processes and procedures.
  • Assume overall accountability for internal employee development and performance management.
  • Manage projects schedules and perform cost accounting activities, including variance analysis, standard cost development, activity-based costing, and inventory control.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in maintenance management, with at least 5 years of supervisor/management experience.
