Role SummaryThis is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned lawyer to leverage their expertise in commercial transactions, contract management, and litigation support. As a Senior Corporate Counsel - Solar Energy Expert, you will play a vital role in shaping our company's growth and success in the global market.
Key Responsibilities- Support business operations through expert advice on commercial transactions, negotiations, and contract management.
- Provide legal counsel on U.S marketing compliance and identify potential risks associated with new laws and regulations.
- Liaise with external counsel to address complex legal matters and ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Craft and review agreements, contracts, and other critical documents ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Represent the company in court, mediation, or arbitration proceedings when required.
- Familiarize yourself with Custom Laws to handle trade-related issues or contracts effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth factory establishment processes.
We are looking for a highly qualified candidate who can contribute to our company's vision:
- Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Law (LLM) degree from a reputable institution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in handling commercial transactions, preferably in-house or at a top-tier law firm.
- Strong background in negotiating, drafting, and resolving commercial contracts.
- Able to thrive in fast-paced environments and navigate uncertainty.
- Prior experience working for multinational companies is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English is a strong asset.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
