Job Description

As a Product Analyst for Loss Prevention, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering innovative solutions to protect our associates, customers, and company assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze detailed requirements from stakeholders to ensure the functional integrity of the product/solution.
  • Contribute to the Loss Prevention team's backlog and estimation process to achieve iteration goals.
  • Effectively communicate requirements and solutions to stakeholders through excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Collaborate with the product team to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst.
  • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong presentation and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience with SAFe framework/Agile delivery methods.
  • Experience in the Loss Prevention field.
  • Knowledge of Loss Prevention applications (Genetec, Appriss, etc.).
  • Familiarity with the retail industry and best practices.
  • Experience working with vendors and third-party solutions.
