Responsibilities:- Process Documentation: Clearly and concisely document existing business processes using tools like MS Visio or MS Word.
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Elicit, analyze, and document detailed requirements for projects, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current processes, identify areas for enhancement, and propose solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Testing & Validation: Lead testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, execution, and tracking of test cases.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with project managers and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals and deliverables.
- Exceptional ability to document complex processes using MS Visio or MS Word.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, elicitation, and documentation.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement methodologies.
- Experience in testing software applications and tracking defects.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with business process mapping techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Strong collaborative skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
