Job Overview

Tri-City United Soccer Club is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Soccer Coach and Youth Development Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and Mentor young players aged 3-18, providing guidance and support to help them develop their soccer skills and reach their full potential.
  • Develop and Implement coaching plans and strategies to ensure a fun and engaging learning environment for all players.
  • Recruit and Manage a team of assistant coaches and volunteers to support the delivery of soccer programs.
  • Communicate Effectively with players, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive team culture.
  • Contribute to the development of soccer programs and services that meet the needs of our community.
Requirements
  • Experience in coaching youth soccer and/or working with children.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to build relationships with players, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to Work Independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to attend sessions and games.
