Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Ensure total customer satisfaction through courteous service while performing assigned duties in the warehouse and assisting customers with the loading and unloading of their merchandise.
  • Inventory Management: Record all required data when processing a customer's pick-up, including verification of merchandise and location, and ensure accurate inventory records.
  • Material Handling: Issue, receive, and store material, supplies, and equipment according to established procedures and instructions.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with management and complete lists and keep the floor current by following visual merchandiser instructions regarding displays.
  • Safety and Security: Perform duties in accordance with company safety rules and operating regulations, and report any break in safety regulations to management.
Requirements:
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift, stoop, bend, push, or pull up to 100 pounds, and sit/stand for up to a 10-hour shift.
