Sodexo is on the lookout for a Food Production Manager 2 to oversee operations at a community hospital. This facility is a 200-bed institution and is affiliated with a prominent health system. The Food Production Manager 2, who will report directly to the Executive Chef III, is expected to provide essential support on the patient tray line during weekends and at least one additional day each week. Previous experience in healthcare settings is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily operational activities;
  2. Effectively coordinate tasks through subordinate managers, supervisors, and frontline staff;
