Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Laborer 1 to join our Landscape Maintenance Team at Trilogy at La Quinta. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and integrity of our community's landscaped areas and hardscapes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including pruning, weeding, and watering of plants and trees.
  • Operate various equipment, such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers, to maintain the community's grounds.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of special events, such as weddings and tours.
  • Work collaboratively with the crew to achieve daily tasks and goals.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to report challenges and concerns.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Working Conditions

This position requires working in an outdoor environment, with frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts and outdoor weather conditions. The employee may be exposed to hazards, including cuts, slipping, tripping, and falls. Employees are required to wear all assigned personal protective equipment.

Physical Demands
