Job Summary

The Senior Operations Executive will lead the Northeast territory, overseeing procurement, equipment logistics, and ensuring compliance with State & Federal Department of Transportation regulations. This role requires extensive travel (60-80%) within the United States.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our operations and their impact on financial performance.
  • Ensure company priorities and goals are aligned with operating management.
  • Monitor and adjust key performance indicators as necessary to evaluate ongoing performance.
  • Run operations to continuously improve execution and deliver exceptional service to our customers.
  • Maintain quality service by establishing organizational standards across all divisions.
  • Identify and promote the transfer of best practices and leverage existing capabilities within the company.
  • Motivate and develop a high-performing management team, attract top talent, and retain key personnel.
  • Foster a success-oriented environment within the company.
  • Ensure equipment is procured with the best 'cost of use' and maximize utilization across all territories by overseeing procurement and logistics functions.
  • Guarantee employees operate company equipment consistent with Company Policies and D.O.T. regulations.
  • Develop a safety culture and continually aim to reduce accident frequency.
  • Participate in preparing and reviewing new business proposals.
  • Lead vendor performance and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Drive organic growth by expanding existing products and services and capitalizing on new opportunities.
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, developing plans to achieve corporate objectives.
Key Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and coach business leaders.
  • Proven track record of creating significant operational and productivity improvements.
  • Experience in the route-based service industry with multiple locations preferred.
  • Strong analytical background and ability to establish aggressive goals and deliver results.
  • Ability to translate business goals into metrics and drive team results.
  • Organizational design and development background, with the ability to anticipate changing business requirements and adapt the organizational structure accordingly.
Salary Information

This position comes with an attractive salary range of $190,000-$360,000 per year, reflecting individual factors such as location, job-related skills, experience, education, and certifications.
