Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Modeling Engineer to join our team at Analog Devices. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining semiconductor device model libraries for circuit simulation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and reliable semiconductor device models for circuit simulation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate device models into circuit simulators.
  • Conduct measurements in the lab and supervise lab technicians to ensure high-quality data.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry-standard measurement techniques and tools.
Requirements
  • Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Strong background in semiconductor device physics and circuit simulation.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard circuit simulators: Spectre, HSPICE, ADS, LTSpice.
  • Experience with Unix shell and scripting (Perl, Python, Awk,...).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
